With no card fee published, a card that earns 2% turns a $550 car payment into about $132 a year. Pay the card in full each month, and confirm the fee at checkout.
Watch out for
Credit cards work only through MoneyGram or Western Union, which charge their own fees and may treat it as a cash advance on the card.
